I am very pleased with my new television. It has an Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX720 splendid picture and the remote is tardily to operate. I experience other Sony televisions and experience never had a problem with any of them. I am also pleased with purchasing the TV from Amazon. I received previously purchased TV’s for two or three online stores in the Young York Area. These companies now prognosticated and attempted to sell me additional products and went warranties. I did not like their difficult sell approach. Buying from Amazon was much different. Erst I created the buy there were no followup telephone calls. They maintained me well informed till the production arrived. I will proceed to stomach Amazon with other purchases.
